The Intelligence Brief is a daily AI business newsletter published Monday through Friday. The free tier includes the daily brief. The Premium tier ($9/month or $79/year) includes additional content: weekly deep dives, tool reviews, and monthly profit playbooks.

Content is provided for informational purposes only. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that any specific business outcome will result from following our recommendations.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium content until then. The free daily brief continues regardless of your Premium subscription status.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time, but refunds are not available for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published through The Intelligence Brief, including articles, analyses, playbooks, and tool reviews, is the intellectual property of The Intelligence Brief. You may share brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.

Your Premium subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use Premium content for your own business purposes.

6. Disclaimer
