Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active through the end of the billing period.

Founder's Rate Subscriptions

Founder's Rate subscriptions follow the same refund policy as standard subscriptions. However, please note that if you cancel and later re-subscribe, the Founder's Rate discount cannot be reinstated — you will be charged the standard rate.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your subscriber email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your account) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to premium content until then.
